His global responsibilities for the strategic approach of customer service, technical, and sales training have spanned over 5 continents and 28 countries for such firms as Spirit Airlines, Ford, DirecTV, Cable & Wireless, and several BPO firms. Leveraging both in-house and outsourced BPO partners he has developed a tactical model that keeps the consistency required while allowing the local flavor needed to be relevant. His team works with the Social Media, Live Chat, SMS, and Voice channels to create a consistent voice that is supported by a knowledge management system that provides a single-source-of-truth for the moments that matter for internal staff and FAQs for external customers.
